Policies
Deposits are non-refundable. However, we understand that sometimes life happens and things arise that is beyond our control so we allow a ONE time date transfer where you can move to a different date & apply your deposit to that date. If you do not pay your balance & we don't hear from you within 30 days, your deposit is forfeited.
If a student pays for a course in full, you have 24 hours from the time of payment to change your mind about the class to recieve a full refund (with deposit deducted). After that allotted time, we will go ahead and send your information to the school that gives us accreditation for your certification & get your course information needed for attendance.
BLS certification is required for ALL medical courses. If you are in need of the certification, please contact us to add this certification as an add-on.
